Good Food Bad Consequences

Coucou, hey guys!  This week was such a busy week I can't believe that it is already Saturday again (or whenever you get this email) Let's get through with the Spiritual thought: Set your Heart I had some great lessons about some of the chapters in Ezekiel and I wanted to share some with you. - Ezekiel 40:4 - "set thine heart upon all that I shall shew thee".   The scripture I shared could be read slightly differently for many examples in our lives. Set your hearts upon a dream God put in your heart. Set your heart on the restoration. Of building up your life and the kingdom of God.  - "We live in a 'don't get your hopes up' world, but we don't have a 'don't get your hopes up' God." - (Don't miss this) I really like this quote because I would say that I can have this attitude quite often. That if my hopes are up, I am more likely to be disappointed but God's work is beautiful, and I need to trust him more.  - "Chris...

Coucou toute le monde ! I hope you all enjoyed your time back home or wherever you are. Things were moving here and I'll explain a bit after the Spiritual thought: Bring us to Zion Throughout my study of Jeremiah this week, I was able to make some pretty good takeaways that I loved. One of which comes from Jeremiah 3:13-14 God tells us that if we "only acknowledge [our] iniquity" that God "will bring [us] to Zion"  What does coming to Zion look like for us? Is Zion our ultimate goal throughout the day? Coming to Zion not only takes the acknowledgement, but effort on our part to head in the right direction. Do you feel like there is no fix right now?  -In every circumstance, the lowest moments is when God does his best work.  -Do you keep forsaking the Lord? His hands are outstretched to you all the day long -Do not replace the most important source of happiness (Jesus and his doctrine) with worries, or temporal affairs I know that whatever may happen, we are i...

Coucou toute le monde!  How was everyone's week? Hope your working hard and loving the work that you do. My week was miracle filled. But let's start with our Spiritual thought: Lifts and sinks I was listening to general conference and one of the tasks that stood out to me the most was Patrick Kearon's example of the airplane glider. I find it so fascinating that flying is possible without a motor. No engine or anything, and yet we can still find lift.  The lift.  We put ourselves in many situations. Some positive others negative. There are people, situations, mindsets and attitudes that can give us spiritual lift. What are some lifts we can get throughout our week? I can get lift in a generous compliment, or when I'm grateful, or if I surrounded myself with good people.  The sink. Sounds pretty ominous. With the example given I like is you can control where you are. But if some time is taken down the wrong path, you can't simply hit reverse and fix your situat...
