Wow, so I didn't know that missionaries could go to Zimbabwe, but now things are changing. It's gonna be so cool! 

But no, seriously they're just a neighborhood in our area called Zimbabwe. It is pretty cool, got some cool stands for food. We head out there every week now. Lots of fun adventures.

Spiritual thought:

I want to talk about the devotional that President Oaks gave. I think every missionary will, but I'm still gonna do it. 

There are a few key things that stood out to me. First was the warning that we must be in tune with the Holy Ghost to know what is true. People WILL be deceived in coming days, we know that technology is growing rapidly. By the time I get home from my mission, we may be able to generate full movies. Maybe not good ones, but still.

The other thing that stood out to me was to put ourselves with good people or friends. These will be beneficial on the later days. I'm so grateful for my friends and family who buoy me up so well. Love you guys! Thanks for all the support! I know that they are a big influence in my life. Stay with good people! Thats how joy is found!! I know that.

It is crucial that we try to strengthen our testimonies, in any way that we can. Read the scriptures, go to church, to go seminary, find good people/friends, love others, and serve. These are the recipe for a life without regrets. They are the key that unlocks the blessings of peace, joy, and love in our lives. These treasured times in our lives build us up, along with our faith. Thanks for reading! God lives you and wants yo6u to feel consistent joy.

Random events:
-we had exchanges and I took a boat to get to my ZL's area!
-we went to Zimbabwe and found amazing friends
-we had a motorcycle accident just outside our house. People were hurt, but everyone made it to the hospital conscious🙂👍🏍
-interviews with president were super helpful!
-me and my comp sang the studio C hunger games. Perfect match

Before I share the story, i want to formally apologize about last weeks email. This is going to make some people mad but, Im sure half of you didn't scroll down far enough.  Go look again, yeah you OK, so, I've found it, the true deep dark woods. It's here in Ayamé and it is looking pretty scary. Me and my comp had some friends pretty far out there to teach a lesson to and when we got there, they weren't home.   so I decided I wanted to take the time we would have been teaching to walk through this forest. A lot of the threes here are not naturally grown. I mean, me and .y comp are far enough out there that we see some wild trees. But most trees you see here are orchards grown by the people here. Salut tous le monde!!  It is a good day! P-day is always a good day. This week has been pretty wild. I've been getting some exercise in when I can; like last p-day, me and my district went and played basketball, then Saturday we went to the soccer fields and played some soccer. For some reason we had 4 hours to spare on Tuesday and went to the gym to play some basketball again. It's kind of hard to fit in some time to go everyday, but even just going some of the days is keeping my sanity. The schedule is growing on me, I've been here a week to know that this is going to be the next two years of my life. I'm headed to the temple right now and am going to do some endowments in the Mt. Timp temple for the first time.  Yesterday was SUPPOSED to be the start of our immersion class. Where the classes become only taught in french, but the teacher teaching us didn't know French. Coucou tout le monde! How was everyone's week? Mine was just splendid. And full of amazing wildlife here in Africa. But not in a good way.  We got a rat in the guitar, ants in the walls, and cockroaches in the drains and a toilet that leaks urine...  To start off, we had a mouse that thought he could live with 4 teenage boys. First off, bad idea. Second off, he thought he could get away. Here's a quick run-down of the week Here's the story.  Story time: one morning as me and my companion were planning for the next week. The other two elders in our apartment found out that a rat had gotten in their guitar and was still in there. So like ratatouille, he had hours own John Denver guiding him around until he ended up in the guitar.  They thought it was hilarious and because it couldn't get out, they brought the guitar over to show us.
